Infill multiplex housing study
Commissioned by Habitat for Humanity Canada, this study envisioned a new typology of multi unit infill housing. Targeting a mix of subsidized and market rate units, the goal was to create a community minded development. Communal green spaces at a range of scale facilitate strong neighbour relationships and provide unique, climate resiliant, amenities.
