
Amy Lin was part of the core team at
Ennead Architects (formerly Polshek Partnership Architects) that began from
schematic design through construction administration. She was one of two team
members who carried the project through its final year of construction where
she acquired invaluable experience handling every aspect of construction
administration on this significant project. The final year of construction, Amy
was on site every week to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues
with the contractors.
Amy also worked on the design of several areas of the building, including the Clinton apartment at the penthouse. This project is a LEED Platinum project.
The project has won numerous awards including the 2006 AIA National Honor Award as well as a 2005 AIA Honor Award for the New York Chapter.
